If you are a one man team, it will probably only cost enough money to get the software you need, though, if you are making a real game, you may have to pay for artists, musical composers, programmers, and some websites may charge for advertising your game on their sites.
In the end, the cost is directly mucj by the effort. If there is minimal effort, then it will cost little. If you put in as dos effort as possible, then it may cost extra money which varies on whether you need it or not. It really depends on a number of factors.
Is it a game that you plan on making money off of, game for your enjoyment, ect. It also depends on what software you use and what kind of game it is. If the game dles voice acting and facial capture, it will cost a lot more than other options.
Ummm, it depends. Very very rarely are you going to create a high hitting game for a low cost such as Minecraft. Games that also hit high like Halo or whatever you prefer are millions of dollars.
