Questing to 80 seems to be the best way. I had like g when I started leveling how to make money fishing in wotlk 70 — I had just bought the Artisan Riding skill, that’s why I only had g. And I’ve also spent some on water from vendors, enchants while leveling, pots. Point is, I’ve never really saved any and I haven’t really bothered getting any gold but still I have 2k. So I’ll say as the others, level a DK or something and the gold will keep on rolling. Or just do the dailys if you don’t feel like leveling a Alt.

My advice is to level a gathering skill, I’d pick herbalism, and fight NPC’s that drop cloth in a zone where herbs are just chillin’. I still can’t get over how much herbs are costing me on my server, but I make up for it by selling stacks of frostweave. Honestly, for an item that literally everyone can farm, you’d think the price per stack would be under 35g.

Oh well, my gain! Skinning is also a great money maker these days. The stacks of borean leather aren’t as pricey as herbs but you can gather them much faster.

If there are mobs that drop gold and you can skin like the worgen in Tirisfal Gladesthat’s a surefire ticket to quick cash. OR You can just quest. If you’re an enchanter, disenchant your quest rewards that you’re not using and sell the mats; They’re incredibly pricey right. Otherwise just vendor them and you’ll make a pretty penny in no time. Get the Loremaster achievement. Fishing nuff said!! Right now the only VERY easy way to get a lot of money is gathering professions.
