I would think you would need a pretty high processing skill to make it worth while. If you can get online late at night, you can try taming horses and selling them, either directly to the vendor or on the horse market if you get a good one.

As a last resort you could smash two low tier ones together and hope you get lucky with the breeding. You could try going afk in a lower level grinding spot, have 4 pets out and let them pickup the loot that other people can’t be bothered to loot manually. This would be pretty cheesy, I guess.
