The only thing I get from it now is old players asking if I still peopl a copy of the server files and the map so that they can check out the cool builds they did. So yes, you can make profit with it and you may do better than I did if you tweak the formula and get more lucky with people willing to donate money. Just remember who the majority of the audience is. In short, if you want to use it as a vehicle to earn money, you are way too late to the game unless you are able to buy up an already existing paying user base and you are going to be financially better off flipping burgers or stacking shelves.
