So many bloggers get carried away in the rush to make money that they post too many ads and I know from personal experience that random pop-up ads are very irritating. But on the other hand, some ads are always needed. I have always haten ads in websites or blog. Your email is never published nor shared. Also, use your Real name in the ‘Name’ field.
