I have been playing wow since vanilla but more seriously since Wrath. I have been actively trying to make gold since late MoP, and have probably made around 60 million profit since then [of course there are people who have made much more]. In Legion there are a ton of different ways to make gold. Navigating the jungle and finding out which methods are good for you and how to get started can be an extremely daunting task. In this Legion Gold Guide I will help you through all of the main gold making methods in legion and point you in the direction where you can learn more about them. Using most of the crafting and flipping methods in this guide I have made 12 million gold since Legion Launched in October last year. This is after paying for 2 accounts using gold by buying tokens throughout most of ther period. I recently reinstalled TSM , but just the last 30 days I have made almost 2 million gold in profit as you can see. To make money in WoW you need to have items that other people need or want. In WoW there are two primary categories of items that people are willing to pay for:. People are generally more willing to pay for performance increases than cosmetics, as it will directly impact the core gameplay. Performance increasing items are items that directly increase the power of your character. This can be gear, item enhancements, consumables etc. Cosmetic items include mounts, transmog, rare recipes etc. After identifying items that people want you need to figure out how to obtain them at a lower price than the current auction house price, as this will ensure a profit. In general there are three ways you can obtain items in the game: buying them off the auction house, looting them from mobs, nodes or similar or crafting them. These methods help you obtain the items that you want to sell. This leads into the three main gold-making methods in WoW. Crafting, Farming and Flipping. Crafting is the art of buying materials and turning them into other materials or finished products that you can sell on the Auction house for a profit.

Step 5: Sell herbs on the auction house. Are you really good at PvP? Sell arena carries. In a really good raiding guild? Sell raid carries. Like farming? Get a gathering profession and farm away.

While this is not a straight forward answer, any of the classes in our movement speed guide is good for farming dungeons. When it comes to gold making addons, as most of you know, there is one that comes before all the rest, Tradeskill Master. This addon will help you make heaps of gold on the auctions house and will give you a deeper understanding of your servers economy and the whole WoW economy. Learning how to use it well takes time, so read through all the info on their site and maybe watch some youtube videos on how to set up TSM. TSM will help you appraise items, sell items quickly on the AH and buy items that you can resell for a profit, amongst other egar. Additionally, the addon will help vendor and managing your mailbox, making this the only addon you need for gold making purposes. Loot Appraiser. Loot Appraiser is a great addon that works with Tradeskill Master. Not only is it helpful but it makes gold farming more fun. Loot Appraiser will let you know how much gold you loot in a given session and also the value of all the items you loot. Auto Loot Plus. Auto Loot Plus is a nice addon to have for dungeon farmers that allows you to instantly loot when clicking a dead mob. Without it, there will often be a bit of lag when looting causing you to lose a bit of time when farming. I mostly use this to be able to see where chests spawn. If you combine this with an Outlaw Rogues ability to see treasures on the minimap, you can basically just fly around and pick up treasures. Works well in Outland where every chest drops a rare item.
